 Crystal Clear:

Easy to perceive, understand, or interpret.

Make sure you write down how you are feeling, both emotionally and physically, because anxiety and stressors can manifest through physical ailments, it may be a good idea to keep a journal that you can use to write your feelings etc, so it will be easier  to communicate to others in a crystal clear manner.

When communicating your worries, speak slowly and coherently, It can be useful to use statements that begin with “I feel,” or “I’m feeling, “this is what I have found to work.” when talking with others who may be able to help, such as your doctor, Healthline or your support people, that can be reached by phone, email etc. Tool of Communication
